SitRoom is an outage wall for checkout 500s. Database and Deploy talk on the same bus at once. A kill gate cuts Deploy mid-sentence if the last deploy hash never changed; Security pages in only when auth spikes.

What it does
SITROOM is a simulated incident-response situation room: several AI specialist agents investigate a fake production outage at the same time, each chasing a different theory. When new evidence contradicts a theory, that agent is cut off mid-sentence by a plain rule—not another model—while the others keep going. A new specialist can be paged in mid-incident.
How the agents run concurrently
They all subscribe to the same shared event bus and react to each tick independently. Each specialist has its own private memory and streams tokens on its own timer, so their output interleaves in the same wall-clock seconds instead of taking turns.
