What it does
**Parallel automated document processing reviewers** is the agentic AI layer of an existing document processing automation for engineering teams. The automation checks incoming drawing files against the project folder and revision register. The AI layer interprets the run logs and recorded findings, then turns them into a plain-language brief showing the project manager what was checked, where the records disagree, and what needs a decision. The hackathon demo uses synthetic records from one drawing review. Two Mozaik agents work in parallel. The intake reviewer reads the sender’s note and identifies which revision was submitted. The register reviewer compares the revision listed in the register with the published file. A third agent combines both findings into one brief.
How the agents run concurrently
Two agents review the same drawing concurrently. A third agent waits for both findings and writes the project manager’s brief. The app starts two separate Mozaik runLoop calls back-to-back. It starts the intake reviewer on the incoming revision and sender’s note, then immediately starts the register reviewer on the register entry and published-file listing. Neither reviewer needs the other’s answer to begin.
