What it does

RelayProof helps a freight operator review inconsistent shipment documents before a handoff. Two Mozaik agents inspect document consistency and cutoff/clearance risks in parallel. A third agent reacts to their validated reports and drafts an unsent operator message. Every finding must quote an exact substring from a named source; malformed responses or invalid citations withhold the draft. Independent labeled-field arithmetic adds required checks for inconsistent quantities and late documents even if the model omits them. The prototype includes a real Workers AI run, synthetic input, a recorded evidence viewer, and seven passing tests. It does not send messages, release cargo or authenticate carrier/customs records. Built during 31 October 2026 by Ajnas N B with OpenAI Codex assistance; existing Mozaik and dependencies are attributed.

How the agents run concurrently

The project uses @mozaik-ai/core 4.2.0: defineRuntime, createAgent, situation handlers, runLoop and model.answer events. One operator message.sent event independently starts document-checker and handoff-checker loops. Their separate model contexts call the real Cloudflare Workers AI backend at the same time. An observer validates each report, updates the review session shared report map, and starts review-drafter exactly once only after both checkers finish successfully. The checked-in actual receipt records two simultaneously active inference calls and 7,729 ms of overlap, then a later third synthesis call. The viewer replays these observed timestamps; it is clearly labeled a recorded run rather than live inference. npm test checks real Mozaik parallel execution, single synthesis, citation rejection and failure gating. README includes reproducible fresh-inference instructions using the local Cloudflare bridge and the judges own credentials.
