What it does
Second Serve is a food-rescue dispatch desk for the moment a plan changes: a driver cancels, a new donation arrives, or capacity shifts. Three Mozaik agents coordinate donation deadlines, community capacity, and transport while the backend validates every reservation against the latest shared board. Coordinators can change the situation mid-run, inspect what changed, export the trace, and review a practical pickup plan.
How the agents run concurrently
Second Serve runs three joined Mozaik agents concurrently: Scout checks donation windows and transport, Bridge checks recipient capacity, and Relay creates pickup reservations. Their run loops start independently and share a versioned dispatch board through semantic events. A cancellation or late donation can arrive while inference is in flight; updates are reconsidered against the latest board, and the reservation tool rejects stale decisions and enforces driver, capacity, time-window, and duplicate-pickup constraints before state changes.
