What it does

ACourt is a collaborative AI agent system that simulates a courtroom environment. Multiple specialized AI agents take on different roles, including Case Analyst, Prosecution, Defense, Evidence Reviewer, and Judge. The system analyzes a case from different perspectives, evaluates evidence, considers opposing arguments, and produces a final judgment. Its goal is to demonstrate how multiple AI agents can collaborate to solve a complex problem through structured interaction and independent reasoning.

How the agents run concurrently

The Case Analyst first examines the case and structures the available information. The Prosecution and Defense then develop opposing arguments based on the case details. The Evidence Reviewer evaluates the reliability, consistency, and relevance of the evidence. Finally, the Judge considers the collected analysis and arguments to produce the final verdict. Agents communicate through shared runtime state and structured events, allowing information to be exchanged and previous results to be used by subsequent agents. The workflow combines specialized reasoning, coordinated communication, and independent perspectives to produce a comprehensive judgment.
